After spending just a few minutes with Jill, you quickly find yourself feeling happier. This upbeat and positive woman has a presence and attitude that puts people at ease. A lifelong resident of the St. Louis/St. Charles area, she is a unique combination of family girl and savvy businesswoman.

A graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis, Jill holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Working in the insurance industry while attending college, she attained her Property and Casualty Insurance License. After graduating, Jill began working in International Insurance for one of the largest Insurance Brokerage firms in the world. With her dedication and professionalism, Jill eventually acquired her own personal lines insurance agency, where she continued to serve her client’s personal insurance needs.

Marrying in 2005, Jill and husband Zach started to raise a family. Jill’s new family priorities lead her to teaming up with another insurance associate, giving her a better opportunity to balance her business and personal life. With her ongoing interest in working directly with people along with her desire to continue to grow professionally, Jill and her husband decided to start their own business in real estate investing.

In what seemed to be the next logical step in her career, Jill determined that it was time to pursue her real estate license. Working with one of the elite brokerage firms in the St. Louis metropolitan area, Jill once again proved herself to be a success story. Yet over the years, she felt that it was time to transition to a company that had more to offer. After meeting and getting to know Grant Hickman, owner of GHREA she realized that GHREA was the right company for her.

When speaking about one of her home sale experiences Jill said, “It felt good knowing that we were helping the buyer to find a house that was just right for them. Spending time and getting to know the people, is key to finding the home of their dreams. I really care about these families, and believe that my genuine desire to serve them shines through."
