Connect with Kylee:
Kylee’s life seems to be directed toward helping people. A native of St. Louis, she acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University. Her goal to connect with juveniles in need, prompted her interest in social work counseling.
A gifted soccer player, Kylee played on Select Soccer teams from the time she was nine years old. An extraordinary talent, she started her college career on a soccer scholarship. As fate would have it, repeated knee injuries derailed her ability to continue to represent her school and changed the trajectory of her long term goals.
A young woman who has always been able to adjust to change, Kylee grew to realize that juvenile counseling was not the right path for her life. “I knew that I wanted a career that allowed me to make a difference in people’s lives, but over time I realized that I felt too emotionally involved in the struggles of these young people.” It was time for Kylee to find a new direction for her career.
Reconnecting with Ashley Travers, a life-long family friend and Team Leader at GHREA, Kylee accepted the offer to visit with Ashley to discuss real estate. “I have always enjoyed helping friends and family find a new home,” said Kylee. After spending time with Ashley and meeting Grant Hickman, owner of GHREA, Kylee felt confident that she had found a new platform for helping people and families.
“My desire to make a difference and feel fulfilled at the end of the day, has always been my ambition,” said Kylee. Knowing that she is helping individuals and families to improve their lives, is an incredible experience for this outstanding advisor and the people that she is serving.
Excited to be part of this great team and company, Kylee is especially dedicated to helping members of the military and their families. Along with her brother, a former Navy Seal, she is devoted to helping and working with the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
