Dependable, responsible and funny are a few of the words that people use to describe Rochelle! But once you get to know her it becomes very apparent that this is a self-made woman. A second generation Advisor, both she and her mom are outstanding examples of professionalism and success.
While living in Georgia with her son, she acquired her Associate degree in Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. Rochelle started her career working with special needs children and found her job experience expanding into customer service.
With encouragement from her family, Rochelle decided that it was time to move back home to St. Louis and pursue her goal of becoming a Real Estate Advisor. But Rochelle was interested in more than just starting a new career.
“I didn’t start my life under the most stable conditions. My family and I knew what it was like to really struggle with some of the necessities of life. I am the first member of my family to graduate from college and I take pride in who I have become. I feel very strongly about helping all families to buy, build or sell their homes. But I also recognize the importance of helping people within my culture, who like myself, didn’t have the easiest start in life. There are so many families that I would love to help with their home buying needs - families who may not know how to go about the process, or who are unaware of the resources available to them.”
After meeting with Grant Hickman of GHREA, Rochelle said, “I knew that this was a company that would give me the tools that I needed to guide these families. Tools that can help make their dreams, become a reality.”
Her natural and easy going way with people, along with her compassion and knowledge would make Rochelle a great Advisor for anyone who is looking to work with a caring professional.
