Cary has always called the St. Louis area home. A native of St. Charles who has been an active sports enthusiast his entire life, he understands the meaning of hard work and dedication. An alumnus of Southeast Missouri State, Cary transitioned into the world of construction at an early age.
After twenty years as a carpenter, Cary was presented with the opportunity for a new career. His friendship and confidence in Grant Hickman, owner of GHREA made his decision to switch careers an easy one; and he has never looked back. An advisor since 2007, Cary has been with GHREA since its inception, attaining his broker's license in 2015.
"I feel as if this career chose me," says Cary. "I love coming in to work every day. Every time I hand the keys to a new homebuyer or assist someone who is struggling to sell their home, I know that I am doing what I was meant to do. Success is not about wealth; it is about having what you need and helping others."
Cary is father to Madi, Morgan and Molly and loves to spend his free time with his daughters. Fishing, hunting and playing sports with them is his idea of a great day.
Cary's many years as a carpenter has given him a great deal of valuable experience. His knowledge has shown him to have a diverse perspective into the home building, buying and selling process. When working with a family, he has the added insight that comes along with hands-on expertise. Although he understands his client's desires for aesthetic beauty, he also realizes the importance of the building component. His calm and friendly demeanor, along with his working knowledge of construction, helps to put his client's fears to rest, knowing that they are working with an expert.
